How can I order a product?

You can easily order through our online store by selecting the desired product and adding it to your shopping cart. Follow the steps until the ordering process is completed.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. You can proceed as a guest. However, creating an account provides additional features, such as saving addresses, tracking your favorites, etc.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping address. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-7 business days, while international shipments may take up to 15 days. During peak periods, such as holidays, or under exceptional circumstances, there may be delays in deliveries.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by entering the tracking number sent to you via email into the tracking field on the ELTA Courier website for Greece or DHL for international orders.

Can I pick up my order from your physical stores or museums?

In-store or museum pick-up is not available. Orders are shipped via courier according to the shipping terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

What does the "out of stock" indication mean?

It means that the product is currently out of stock due to high demand. Enter your email in the designated field so as to be notified when the product becomes available again.

What if I want to return a product?

You can return any product within 14 days after you receive it, as long as it is in its original condition. Please read our return policy for more details.

My order is a gift. Is gift wrapping available?

If your product or order is intended as a gift, you can mention this in the "Delivery Comments" field during checkout. We will ensure that the packaging you receive includes the appropriate materials (e.g., bag, sticker, ribbon).

If a product is intended as a gift, can I change it?

You can change a product using the return form included in the package. In this case, the customer who made the purchase must follow the return procedure as described here.
