DISPATCH-DELIVERY

Domestic shipments

Orders are sent via ELTA Courier and delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
The start date is the date of dispatch and not the date of order (only working days).
Your order is confirmed in 1-2 working days. Once it is ready to be shipped you will be notified by email including the shipping number so you can track its progress.
No orders are shipped on weekends and holidays.
There is no shipping-pickup option from our physical stores'
The delivery time may be extended if there is a problem with the availability of the ordered products, as well as for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, strikes).
The Foundation is not responsible in case of impossibility of delivery due to force majeure (natural disasters, war or political unrest, etc.). 

All products are sent in special protective packaging, so that you receive them in excellent condition.

It is your responsibility to have the correct shipping details.
The Foundation is not responsible for non-delivery of products if the details provided are incorrect.
If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company failed to complete the delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

Transport costs, same for shipment to any part of Greece, are as follows:

*FREE for purchases over 39€ (this amount refers to the total shopping basket after discounts and after the use of discount coupons). 

Shipments abroad


Orders are shipped by DHL Courier and are delivered in 5 to 15 working days, depending on the country of delivery.
Delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the post office and customs in the country of delivery, which may hold parcels for a long time before releasing them.

All products are sent in special protective packaging, so that you receive them in excellent condition.

Freight costs depend on each shipment (country, weight, volume).

Customers outside the European Union are subject to possible additional charges that may arise from taxes and duties during the customs clearance process.
The Foundation is not responsible for the payment of these charges.
